A fantastic and memorable thing to do with kind, fun and professional staff. We bought this for a 60th birthday present and it was a brilliant day out. As part of the experience you can (and should!) assist with the preparation and dismantling of the balloon- very interesting to see it going up and down again, particularly in context of how smooth and effortless it feels with 10+ people flying in it. Naturally health and safety, not to mention legality, does come first, so you simply can't expect a guaranteed booking date to happen. We had flights cancelled several times before we flew but it is worth the perseverence. The booking system online is simple with many options available. Highly recommended if you can be flexible and want to try something new, if also from 1783😁

Tried for 4 years to get a flight, cancelled every time. Eventually got a flight, was spoiled by the 1.5 hr wait when we landed while they packed the balloon away.

been trying since 2016... BAD idea if u plan to propose or celebrate an special moment as is not guarantee an specific day of flying (due to weather conditions..........)

I have been trying to get a flight booked for 2 years and every time it is cancelled!! 😔
